Edenism ( also known as ‘New Edenism’) is an ethical movement based on the belief that we can all live together in harmony with nature and each other regardless of race, gender, age, ability, or species. The movement aims to encourage kindness in all our choices, from how we live, to what we eat, how we treat each other and how we organise society. Supporters of the movement believe that by fostering more empathic choices we can evolve into a more enlightened species that will save the planet and its inhabitants from mass extinction.

The Eden Movement is not a new thing. It’s just another name for what planet protectors, eco warriors, ethical vegans and advocates for the kindness the world over are already doing. It is not a religion or a cult (although cult status would be cool) and is open to everyone; multifaith, no faith or just curious.
You do not need to call yourself an Edenist if the name does not sit well; all we ask is that you take wisdom where you find it and reflect on how your new knowledge can guide your choices to be kinder. How far you want to go with evolving is entirely up to you, but for most, once you start making your choices kinder, it feels so good you don’t stop there. By making a few small changes like slowing down and practicing mindfulness, looking at what you eat and being prepared to see the world through new eyes, your evolution will just happen. Please use this webpage as a resource centre. It will be updated regularly to include links to other movements, educational videos, free downloadable courses, teaching materials and articles. We invite you to write and submit your own articles, ideas and share community building successes so that we can unite with the one common goal we can all share: to make the world a better place. Truth, peace, love, justice and kindness will prevail. All we have to do is choose it.

Edenkind Limited by guarantee is a non-profit organisation established to pioneer sustainable and practical solutions which reduce greenhouse gas emissions through innovative community grow-projects and educational courses that encourage empathy and increased awareness of the consequences of our actions.
Lots of people are breaking free of the chains of capitalist, patriarchal regimes that do not look after the well-being of the individual and seeking a new way based on kindness. EdenKind seeks to further the cause by offering practical solutions to the current challenges we face as a species and to empower individuals to make the changes necessary.

As people grow more aware of the consequences of their actions and become intolerant to decisions based on greed, the more likely we are to seek sustainable to solutions to the climate crisis.
The Eden Movement seeks to tackle the cognitive dissonance that often hinders people holding themselves accountable for their actions. Through self awareness courses and raising awareness of our greenhouse gas emissions and cruelty to animals, we hope to shift cultural thinking towards a society based on kindness where we ‘grow together’ in more ways than just shortening the food supply chain.
